Out and About: AllSpice Customers’ Sumptuous Summer Stuff

This is one of the best times of the year for cooking dinner from scratch: so many local and regionally-grown fruits and vegetables are in season and plentiful. Plus, it’s been great weather for spending time out back, cooking on the grill (and keeping the kitchen cooler).

We’ve been especially enjoying the pictures of sumptuous, home-cooked meals our friends, relatives, and customers have been sharing over social media. We thought you, too, might like to see a couple of the delicious things our customers have been cooking the last several weeks, using AllSpice ingredients:

Maurice A. of Des Moines shared via Facebook: “So this was dinner tonight. Bacon wrapped pork loin w/red onion marmalade (made by our friend Mrs Stanton), Brussels sprouts, sautéed in bacon grease & then drizzled in blackberry-ginger vinegar from AllSpice and Grimes Sweetcorn. Served with a chilled Pinot Noir. Mmmmmm!
