Sbrocco’s Four-course AllSpice Wine Dinner January 16

sbroccoFor one night only (Thursday, January 16th) at 6:30pm, Sbrocco will serve a special wine dinner.

Sbrocco General Manager (and longtime AllSpice fan) Sara Middleton says, “We’ll have four courses, each prepared with ingredients from AllSpice and then paired with the perfect glass of wine to compliment the dish. You don’t want to miss out!”

First course ~ Soup & Salad
w/ a Winter Vegetable Soup & Arugula Salad w/ apple, La Quercia pancetta, Maytag blue cheese & walnuts
Wine: Meridies Soave

Second Course ~ Scallops
w/ lemon-thyme buerre blanc, pomegranate, La Quercia proscuitto chip & apple gastrique
Wine: Butter Chardonnay

Third Course ~ Braised Pork Chop
Berkwood Farms Chop w/ braised brussel sprouts, sweet potato mash & demi
Wine: Firesteed Pinot Noir

Fourth Course ~ Cheesecake
Pumpkin spiced w/ pumpkin crème anglaise
Wine: Terra Rouge Tete a Tete
