Anna-and-Eva-christmas-decorationsHoliday Promenade. In its 16th year, Promenade is the East Village’s official kickoff for the festive holiday season. Always held on the Friday evening before Thanksgiving, Promenade is a neighborhood-wide open-house. From 5 – 9 pm, November 17, join the strolling carollers and troupes of dancers, and browse the shops, offices, and restaurants throughout the East Village.

Here at the shop, we’ll have on our finest holiday sweaters, and will be serving all manner of festive snacks and sweets (made with AllSpice ingredients, of course!). Come to Promenade and see the window decorations in all the shops, attend the opening of the Brenton Skate Plaza, take a horse-drawn carriage ride, and talk to Santa Claus!

We’ll have Promenade updates as we get closer to November 17. In the meantime, follow the party plans here, and on the East Village Promenade Facebook event page.
