African Tomato Salad

This is a quick and easy recipe to turn to in a pinch, but it won’t taste quick and easy!

INGREDIENTS


3 C. Fresh Tomatoes, Chopped
2 Tbsp. Fresh Red or Green Hot Chile Pepper, Chopped
½ C. Scallions, Chopped
1 tsp. Sea Salt, Fine
1 tsp. Sugar
¼ C. White Balsamic Vinegar

DIRECTIONS


  1. Toss the tomatoes, chili, scallions, salt, sugar, and vinegar together and let stand for at least 20 minutes before serving.
