1- 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
1 Cup Sour Cream
2 Tbsp Taco Seasoning
1/2 Tbsp Tomato Powder
4 Cups shredded lettuce
2 avocados, peeled, pitted and mashed
juice of one lime
1 tsp salt
1 tsp Dried Cilantro
2 Cups (8 oz) shredded cheddar cheese
1-1/2 Cups chopped tomatoes
Using a blender, food processor, or mixer, blend together the sour cream, cream cheese, Taco Seasoning and Tomato Powder. Spread mix in the bottom of your medium (4-6 cup) serving dish.
Mix together the mashed avocado, lime, salt and cilantro. Gently spread avocado layer over first dairy/tomato layer.
Top dip with finely shredded lettuce, cheese and chopped tomatoes. Serve with chips (or crunchy fresh veg if you prefer).
