Balsamic Bloody Mary


Juice from 1/2 Lemon
Juice from 1/2 Lime
8 oz Vodka
24 oz Tomato Juice
8 Dashes Tabasco Sauce
2 tsp Celery Salt
2 tsp Pepper, Black Smoked Ground
2 tsp prepared Horseradish
1/2 tsp Worcestershire Powder
2 Tbsp Traditional (18 Year) Balsamic Vinegar
Habanero Salt or Lime Fresco Salt for glass rims.
Crushed Ice
Lime Wedges, Celery stalks, Pickle Spears, for garnish


Pour Habañero Salt or Lime Fresco Salt in saucer. Rub lime wedge around the rims of 4 pint-size glasses, dip glass rim in saucer until generously coated with salt. Fill glasses with ice.

In a pitcher, combine lemon and lime juices, vodka, tomato juice, tobacco sauce, celery salt, pepper, horseradish, and Worcestershire Powder and stir until well combined. Pour over four iced and salted glasses, garnish as desired, and serve right away.

Makes four drinks.
