1-1/2 oz Gin
1-2 Tbsp your favorite Balsamic Vinegar (a fruity choice like Pomegranate, Raspberry or Black Currant Balsamic Vinegar would be perfect)
1/2 Cup soda water
Orange peel, for garnish
Muddle the mint leaves with Balsamic vinegar in the bottom of a rocks glass. Stir in gin. Fill glass with ice. Pour soda over the ice and garnish with orange peel.
Serve at once.
