Basic Coleslaw

1/4 Cup Pinot Noir Wine Vinegar
2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Tbsp sugar
Salt and Pepper to Taste
1 1/2 shredded green cabbage
1 1/2 shredded red cabbage
1 Cup shredded carrots

In a small bowl, whisk together vinegar, EVOO, sugar, and s&p.

Pour over cabbage and carrots and toss to coat.

Use on burgers, sandwiches, or a salad on its own.
