Basil Whipped Cream


3 Cups heavy whipping cream
1/3 Cup powdered sugar
1 Tbsp Vanilla Paste
2 tsp Basil Leaf


In a large bowl, beat whipping cream with a hand mixer with a whisk attachment, or with an immersion blender.

Add powdered sugar once cream begins to thicken slightly. Continue to whisk for another 30 seconds – one minute, then add the Vanilla Paste.

Continue to beat until whipped cream almost reaches stiff peaks. Fold in the Basil.

To serve: Enjoy with fresh fruit, cake, pie, or topping your favorite beverage! Great on strawberries served with a balsamic drizzle!

If cream deflates over time, simply rewhip and enjoy again!
