3 Lb ground chuck
6 oz blue cheese, crumbled
2 tsp Bourbon Pepper Blend
1 tsp Worcestershire Powder
2 tsp Roasted Garlic Powder
1 1/2 tsp Hickory Smoked Sea Salt
1 1/2 tsp Ancho Chile Powder
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together. Cover seasoned ground chuck with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to overnight.
Preheat grill and lightly oil the grate with vegetable oil. Divide beef into 12 equal patties. Cook for about 4 minutes per side for medium, or adjust the cooking time to achieve the desired level of doneness is reached.
Use a spatula to transfer the finished burgers from the grill to a clean serving platter (not the one you used to transport the raw burger patties to the grill) or directly onto hamburger buns. Serve immediately, with all your favorite toppings.
