Blueberry Lavender Shrub

1 Cup fresh blueberries
1 Cup sugar
1 Tbsp Lavender Flowers
1 Cup Champagne White Wine Vinegar

Place blueberries, sugar, and lavender in a glass jar. Using a muddle or wooden spoon, press together until throughly combined.
Pour in vinegar, place the lid on, and shake!
Place in the fridge for three days, shaking at least once a day. After three days, strain out any solid pieces.
Store shrub in the fridge until ready to use.
