Blueberry Overnight Oats

1/2 Cup blueberries
1/2 Cup milk of choice
3/4 Cup gluten-free quick oats
1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract, Bourbon Island
1 Tbsp Cinnamon-Vanilla Runamok Maple Syrup

Place the blueberries in the bottom of a jar and gently mash with a spoon. Add the rest of the ingredients, put the lid on, and shake to combine.

Place in the fridge overnight or up to five days.

Once you are ready to eat, transfer oatmeal from the jar to a bowl and enjoy!
