Cajun Blackened Wonton Chips

3 tsp Cajun Blackening Blend
1/4 tsp salt
Wonton Wrappers
Olive Oil

Brush 20 wonton wrappers with 1/2 Tbsp oil and sprinkle with half of the spice blend + salt mixture; flip wontons over and repeat. Cut seasoned wontons diagonally in half and spread on 2 baking sheets which you’ve coated with cooking spray. Bake seasoned wontons at 375 degrees F until golden, about 10 minutes.

Remove baking sheet from oven and allow toasted wontons to cool until they are crisp.

These are great on a salad or as a vehicle for your favorite dip.
