Crush the graham cracker until it is of the same fine consistency as the Maple Sugar Powder; combine the two in a shallow plate or saucer. Dampen the rim of two martini glasses and rim the edges of the glasses with the maple/graham cracker powder.
Fill a shaker with ice. Combine the liquors, heavy cream and simple syrup. Close tightly and shake cocktail until ingredients are thoroughly mixed. Strain drink into the rimmed martini glasses and serve.
