Chai Latte

12 oz water
2 oz whole milk or unsweetened non-dairy milk
3 tsp black chai leaves
3 tsp Chai Spice Blend
1 tsp Honey Sugar Powder

Combine all ingredients in a large sauce pan.
Bring to a roaring boiling, almost allowing it boil over, and remover from heat. Allow to cool just enough for the foam to reduce and place back on your heat source. Repeat this process 2 more times.
After the third boil, pour mixture through a fine mesh strainer or cheese cloth into a mug.
