1 stick butter, room temperature
1/3 +1 Cup powdered sugar
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Almond Extract
¾ tsp Ground Allspice
¾ tsp Ground Cardamom
½ tsp Ground Cinnamon
¼ tsp salt
1 Cup flour
¾ Cup toasted and chopped almonds
Preheat oven to 350˚F.
Beat everything but flour and almonds together with a mixer, reserving 1 cup of powdered sugar for later.
Beat in flour, then gently stir in almonds.
Drop dough by the rounded tablespoon onto an ungreased baking sheet.
Bake for about 25 minutes, until the bottoms of cookies are golden.
Let cool for 5 minutes on a cooling rack.
Roll each cookie in remaining powdered sugar and cool completely on a rack.
