Chia Pudding

3/4 Cup unsweetened almond milk
1 Tbsp Runamok Maple Syrup (try cardamom- or ginger-flavored)
1 tsp Vanilla Paste
3 Tbsp chia seeds

Nuts, berries, or dried fruit for topping

In a Weck jar (or any container with an airtight lid), stir together nut milk, syrup, and vanilla paste. Add chia seeds and stir to combine.

Allow mixture to sit for a minute, then stir again. This second stirring prevents lumps in the pudding. Tightly secure lid on the jar, and refrigerate overnight.

In the morning, remove the lid and stir again. Top with your preferred nuts or berries or fruit, and enjoy.
