Chimichurri is a popular sauce from Argentina used most frequently for grilled meat.
1/4 Cup Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
2 Tbsp chopped fresh basil
2 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
2 Tbsp chopped fresh Italian parsley
1 Tbsp fresh lime juice
1 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
1/2 garlic clove, peeled
Pinch of Red Pepper “Pizza” Flakes
Place all ingredients in processor; puree until almost smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
DO AHEAD:Can be made up to 4 hours ahead. Cover; chill.
This sauce is great paired with anything grilled!
