1 Cup heavy whipping cream, chilled
1/3 Cup powdered sugar
1 tsp Coffee Extract
Using and immersion blender or a hand mixer on high speed, whip the heavy whipping cream in a large bowl, until the cream begins to thicken.
Gradually pour in the sugar and the coffee extract, continuing to whip until stiff peaks form in the cream.
Enjoy with your favorite chocolate cake, put a dollop on your cup of coffee or chai (or dirty chai? yum!), and dip it with vanilla wafers!
