Coffee Milkshake

July 26 is National Coffee Milkshake Day

1 Tbsp Vanilla Paste or Vanilla Extract
2 tsp Coffee Extract
3 scoops Vanilla ice cream (we suggest your own homemade vanilla ice cream)
1-1/2 Cups milk
1 Tbsp Vanilla Sugar for garnish

Combine vanilla paste (or extract), coffee extract, ice cream, and milk in the pitcher of a blender. Blend briefly to combine. (Do not over-blend, or you’ll melt your milkshake!)

Serve in tall glasses, garnished with a sprinkle of vanilla sugar. Makes two servings.

For a really decadent grown-up milkshake, throw 1 oz of Kaluha or other coffee liqueur into the blender along with the ice cream and other ingredients.
