Curried Vegetable Dip

INGREDIENTS


  • ½ C. Sour Cream
  • ¼ C. Mayonnaise
  • 3 oz. Cream Cheese, Room Temperature
  • 1 tsp. Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp. Curry Powder, Mild
  • ½ tsp. Cumin, Ground
  • ½ tsp. Sea Salt, Fine
  • ¼ tsp. Turmeric, Ground
  • ⅓ C. Finely Chopped Celery
  • ⅓ C. Finely Chopped Peeled and Seeded Cucumber
  • 1 Scallion, Trimmed and Finely Chopped
  • Scallion Greens, Sliced Diagonally for Garnish

DIRECTIONS


  1. Whisk together until well-combined all ingredients except celery, cucumber, and scallion.
  2. Stir in vegetables. Enjoy with fresh veggies or crackers.
