Deviled Eggs With Garam Masala

1 dozen hard-boiled eggs [good use for leftover Easter eggs!]
1/4 Cup mayonnaise
1/4 Cup minced green onion
1 Tbsp minced, seeded jalapeño chile
1 Tbsp fruit chutney, such as mango or peach
1 tsp Garam Masala
Finely chopped radishes, for garnish


Peel cooked hard-boiled eggs. Cut in half lengthwise. Carefully remove yolks and transfer to a bowl; squash yolks with a fork. Mix in mayonnaise. Add green onion, minced jalapeño, chutney, and garam masala. Mix until just combined. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Spoon spiced yolk filling into empty egg whites. Garnish with chopped radishes, and sprinkle with additional Garam Masala, if desired.

Cover eggs loosely; keep refrigerated until ready for serving.
