Egg Casserole (for One)

INGREDIENTS
2 large eggs
2 broccoli florets, diced
1/4 small zucchini, diced
1/4 red bell pepper, diced
2 slices uncured bacon, cooked and crumbled (optional)
1 Tbsp Butter Olive Oil
1/4 tsp Black Pepper, Smoked Ground
1/4 tsp Paprika, Sweet Hungarian
1/2 tsp Fines Herbs Blend

STEPS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a small bowl, beat eggs. Stir in vegetables and spices.
Grease a ramekin (or other small baking dish) with olive oil. Pour in egg mixture.
Bake 15 minutes, or until lightly browned. Serve immediately.
