3 Cups Corn Chex cereal
3 Cups Rice Chex cereal
3 Cups Wheat Chex cereal
1 Cup pretzels, broken into bite size pieces
1 Cup Bugles chips
1 Cup mixed nuts (optional)
7 Tbsp melted, unsalted butter OR 5 Tbsp Butter Olive Oil
2 Tbsp Col. Pabst Worcestershire Sauce
4 Tbsp Everything Bagel Seasoning
1 tsp House Seasoning Blend
Preheat oven to 250°F. In a large bowl, gently toss together the different cereals, pretzels, chips, and nuts. Set aside.
In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter (or Butter Olive Oil), Worcestershire sauce, Everything Bagel Seasoning and House Seasoning Blend. Drizzle seasoning mixture over cereal mixture. Toss or stir until the cereal / chip / nut pieces are evenly coated with the seasoning mixture.
Spread seasoned snack mixture in a single, even layer on a rimmed cookie sheet. It may take more than one baking sheet to accommodate a full, big batch of coated snack mix.
Bake snack mix in the low oven for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
Remove toasted snack mix from oven and allow it to cool to room temperature before transferring to an air-tight container.
