This great snack mix took 2nd place at our 2014 State Fair Salty Snack Mix Competition!
1-1/2 Cup Cheerios
2 Cups Corn Chex
2 Cups Rice Chex
1-1/2 Cups Original Club Cracker Minis
1-1/2 Cups petite stick pretzels
1/2 lb mixed nuts
1/2 Cup butter, melted
1 tsp Worcestershire Powder
1/2 tsp Garlic Salt
1/2 tsp Celery Salt
Heat oven to 250 degrees.
Combine cereals, crackers, pretzel sticks and nuts in an 13 x 9 x 2 baking pan (13×9 1/2 x2).
Melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat, and mix with seasonings, stirring until powdered spice blends are dissolved. Pour spice/butter mixture over other ingredients in pan – stir to thoroughly coat snack mixture.
Bake in preheated oven 30 mins, stirring snack mix carefully with wooden spoon after first 15 minutes for even toasting. Allow to cool thoroughly before serving. Store leftovers in sealed container for up to one week.
