2 (19-oz) cans garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
1/2 Cup tahini (sesame seed paste)
1/2 Cup lemon juice
2 garlic cloves
1/2 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil (you can use the Eureka Lemon or Garlic Olive Oil too!)
1/4 tsp Ground Cayenne
1 tsp Curry Powder
1-1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
1 tsp Ground Cumin
1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves
2 Tbsp water
To prepare the hummus, add all the ingredients to a food processor and pulse/purée until mixture is nice and smooth. For a thinner hummus, add a little more olive oil. Adjust seasonings (esp lemon juice and salt) to taste.
Serve with veggies, pretzels or pita chips, or use as a sandwich spread.
