2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Ground Savory
1 Tbsp water
2 pounds country-style pork ribs (about 6)
In a bowl, make a marinade: whisk together Dijon mustard, vinegar, oil, savory, water, and salt and pepper to taste.
Place ribs in a baking dish large enough to hold them all in one layer. Coat the ribs with mustard marinade and let stand, covered, at room temperature, at least 15 minutes.
Grill ribs on an oiled rack, set 5 to 6 inches above glowing coals (or a gas grill on medium heat) until just cooked through, about 10 minutes on each side.
Remove ribs to serving platter and serve immediately.
