Hamburger Meatballs

1-1/2 lbs ground beef
1 egg
3 Tbsp ketchup
2 Tbsp Prime Rib Rub
1 Tbsp Col. Pabst Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 Cup bread crumbs

Optional Add Mix-Ins:
1 Tbsp prepared mustard
3 Tbsp relish
2 Cups cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 400°F, and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients, mixing to ensure that the seasonings and Worcestershire sauce are distributed throughout the ground beef.

Scoop up spoonfuls of the mixture, about 1-1/2 Tbsp each, and shape by hand into a meatball shape. Each of them should be about the size of a golf ball.

Arrange the meatballs on the prepared baking sheet, leaving at least an inch in between them. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes. (Additional mix-ins will require a longer baking time.)

Serve meatballs on tooth picks with an assortment of your favorite condiments and burger toppings!
