Hawaiian Coleslaw

1 Cup green cabbage, shredded
1 Cup red cabbage, shredded
1/2 Cup carrot, grated
1 Cup pineapple, diced
2 green onions, sliced

1 Tbsp Ginger, Crushed
3 Tbsp White Traditional Balsamic
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1-1/2 tsp honey
1 tsp Roasted Sesame Oil
2 tsp lime juice
1 tsp Black Sesame Seeds
2 tsp Hawaiian Black Lava Salt

Combine slaw ingredients in a large salad bowl, and toss a few times to mix it up.

Add dressing ingredients to a mason jar, tightly secure the lid, and shake to combine.

At least 30 minutes before serving, drizzle dressing over slaw and toss to coat the slaw with the dressing. Refrigerate for (at least) 30 minutes before serving!
