Indian Spiced Snack Mix


4 Cups Corn Chex
4 Cups Rice Chex
3 Cups miniature pretzels
1 Cup slivered almonds
1/4 Cup butter, melted
3 Tbsp hot sauce (like Tabasco)
4 tsp Worcestershire Powder
2-1/2 tsp Curry Powder
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Kosher Salt
1/4 tsp Ground Chipotle Chile
1 Cup golden raisins

In a large bowl, combine the cereals, pretzels and almonds. In a small bowl, combine the butter, hot sauce, Worcestershire powder and seasonings. Toss contents of the two bowls together, coating dry ingredients evenly with the spicy butter mixture.

Spread mixture on two baking sheets coated with cooking spray. Bake at 250° for 45 mins or until golden brown, stirring every 15 min. Stir in raisins. Allow pans to cool completely on wire racks. Store cooled snack mix in airtight containers — and try not to eat it all in one seating!
