Jalapeno Watermelon Margarita

1 Cup seedless watermelon cubes
2 Tbsp lime juice
1/4 cup tequila
2-4 tsp Jalapeno Powder, depending on your heat preference
1 tsp Markrut Lime Maple Syrup, plus extra for glass rim
Ice for shaker
Sea Salt, Coarse

To make watermelon juice, add watermelon cubes to a blender or food processor and pulse until smooth. Run through a fine mesh strainer.
Take 1/4 cup watermelon juice and add to shaker filled with ice. Top with remaining ingredients, aside from salt, place on the lid, and shake until chilled.
Drizzle a little more syrup on a plate and dip the rim of a high ball glass in syrup. Roll in coarse sea salt. Strain chilled drink into prepare glass and enjoy!
