Kicked-Up Garlic Pretzels

16 oz (1 lb) bag tiny “twist” pretzels
1 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil (can also try with Chipotle Olive Oil or Harissa Olive Oil (but you may want to cut back on the cayenne pepper if you do)
2 tsp Garlic Salt
2 tsp Lemon Pepper
1 tsp Cayenne Pepper


Pour olive oil and spices into a gallon resealable (ziploc) bag. Seal the bag and shake around to evenly combine the oil with the spices.

Open the bag, add the twisty pretzels, re-seal the bag, and gently shake to coat the pretzels with garlicky goodness.

Keep the pretzels in the bag of seasoned oil, and leaving them there for at least 6 hours, (or ideally, for up to 24 hours). Turn bag to shake up pretzels every few hours. No need to bake them, the pretzels will soak up all the oil.
