Leftovers Bolognese


8 oz uncooked spaghetti
1 Tbsp Butter Olive Oil
1 small onion, peeled and diced
1 Tbsp Italian Seasoning
2 x 3-oz burgers, cooked and crumbled
1 – 28-oz can tomato purée


Cook pasta according package directions, drain, and set aside.

Heat olive oil over medium heat in a large skillet. Add diced onion and sauté over medium heat for 3-5 minutes, or until they start brown. Add Italian Seasoning, crumbled meat, and puréed tomatoes.

Bring mixture to a boil, reduce to a simmer, cover, and cook for 20 minutes.

Add cooked pasta to skillet and stir to combine.
