Mozzarella, Cherry Tomato, and Balsamic Skewers


2 cups cherry tomatoes
8 oz buffalo mozzarella, cubed into 1/3″ cubes or use the mozzarella pearls for an easy step.
1/8 cup Dried Basil
Salt and Pepper
1/8 cup Traditional Balsamic Vinegar


Roll mozzarella cubes in dried basil.
Assemble all ingredients on toothpick or skewer, alternating.
Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
