2 lbs boneless chicken
3 Tbsp brown sugar
2-4 Tbsp Nashville Hot Chicken Seasoning
1/4 Cup butter, melted
3/4 Cup chicken stock
Arrange chicken in the bottom of a slow cooker. In a small bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, Hot Chicken Seasoning Blend, melted butter and chicken stock. Continue whisking until smooth. Pour over chicken.
Cook chicken in the slow cooker, on the low temperature setting, for 4-6 hours.
Remove chicken pieces, transfer to a large bowl, and shred the meat. Add 1/8 – 1/4 Cup of the leftover cooking liquid — just enough to keep chicken from drying out.
Serve the spicy shredded chicken on warmed buns topped with ranch dressing and pickles!
