Peach-Pineapple Salsa


2 Cups chopped fresh pineapple
2 Cups chopped fresh peaches
1/2 fresh jalapeno chile, seeded, de-veined and finely diced (more or less to your heat preference, leave in seeds if you want it really hot!)
1/2 medium red onion
1 red bell pepper
1 tsp Ground Cumin
1/2 tsp Lime Fresco Salt
Juice of 1 or 2 limes
1 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
2 Tbsp Peach White Balsamic Vinegar, Pineapple White Balsamic, or Apricot White Balsamic (optional if you want it to be a little more on the sweet side)


Peel fruit as necessary, then finely chop pineapple, peaches, jalapeno, red onion, and red bell pepper.

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl; toss gently to combine. Chill for about 30 minutes before serving. Serve with tortilla or pita chips.
