3/4 Cup Balsamic Vinegar, such as Red Apple Balsamic Vinegar
1 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp butter
Chopped fresh Italian parsley
Chopped fresh apples
Make the glaze: Boil balsamic vinegar and sugar in small skillet until reduced to 1/4 cup, about 5 minutes. Whisk in butter. Season glaze with salt and pepper.
