This recipe comes from Mathew Phoenix of Ankeny. This recipe took first place in the Pork Rub Contest at the 2013 Iowa State Fair!
Combine all spices with the raw sugar in a small bowl.
Rub pork with vegetable or Olive Oil, then sprinkle generously with spice rub.
Grill pork over indirect heat until interior temp of pork reaches 145 degrees.
