Pumpkin Spice Bread

4 Tbsp unsalted butter
1-3/4 Cups all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon
2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
1-1/2 Cups sugar
1/4 Cup vegetable oil
1 Cup pumpkin puree
2 eggs
2/3 Cup water, warm


Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Butter and flour two loaf pans.

Whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and Pumpkin Pie Spice.

In a separate bowl, beat and cream together the butter and the sugar. Add in oil and pumpkin puree, and continue to cream. Add the eggs and blend. Add dry (flour-powder-soda-spice) mix to the creamed mixture, along with 2/3 Cup water.

When mixture is completely blended, divide batter evenly into the two prepared pans and bake for 1 hour and 15 min.

Let cool completely before slicing.
