Pumpkin Spiced Whipped Cream


1 Cup heavy whipping cream, chilled
1/3 Cup powdered sugar
1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice Blend


In a large bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream with an immersion blender or a hand mixer on high speed, till the cream begins to thicken.

Gradually add in sugar and vanilla extract, continuously whipping until stiff peaks form.
With a rubber spatula, gently fold in pumpkin pie spice.

Enjoy with your favorite cake, put a dollop on your coffee or chai, and dip into with vanilla wafers!
