1 package (8 oz) Cream Cheese
1/4 Cup prepared Wasabi (simply add water to just under 1/4 C Wasabi powder)
2 Tbsp Sesame Seeds, toasted (can use white or black, or mixed for best “eye appeal”)
2 Tbsp soy sauce or tamari
Place cream cheese on a cutting board; split lengthwise into two layers. Spread prepared wasabi over bottom half of brick of cream cheese; replace the top layer. (Can also spread half of cream cheese in shallow serving dish, then spread wasabi over, then remaining cream cheese.) Sprinkle sesame seeds over top. Drizzle soy sauce or tamari around edges of serving dish. Serve alongside rice crackers for dipping.
