2-1/2 Tbsp dried Parsley
2-1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
2-1/2 tsp Onion Powder
3 tsp dried Minced Onion
2 tsp dried Dill Weed
2 tsp dried Chives
1-1/2 tsp Black pepper
1-1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
1/2 Cup powdered milk or powdered buttermilk
Combine all of your spices and powdered milk or buttermilk in a large bowl.
Transfer to an air-tight container and store in a cool, dry place, up to 1 year.
To make a salad dressing use 1 1/2 Tbsp seasoning to 1/2 Cup milk and 1/2 Cup mayonnaise. For a dip mix 1 1/2 Tbsp seasoning to 2/3 Cup sour cream and 1/4 cup mayonnaise and mix well. Let set at least 2 hours before serving.
