Raspberry Chia Jam

2 Cups frozen raspberries, thawed
2 Tbsp chia seeds
2 Tbsp warm water
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract, Tahitian
2-4 Tbsp Maple Syrup

Combine frozen fruit, chia seeds, water, vanilla and 2 Tbsp of the syrup to a food processor or blender.

Pulse the mixture in short bursts until you reach desired texture. Taste as you go, and add more maple syrup if need be.

Transfer berry mixture to a lidded glass jar, and allow to chill in the fridge for at least one hour.

Enjoy up to 2 weeks, if it lasts that long!
