Rotisserie Chicken Tacos


2 cups cooked and shredded chicken
1 Tbsp Rotisserie Rub
1/4 cup  Russ & Frank’s Sassy BBQ Sauce
8 oz bag shredded cheese
2 cups shredded lettuce
1 15 oz can whole kernel corn
1 15 oz can black beans; drained and rinsed
1 bunch fresh cilantro
1 package white corn tortillas


In a large skillet, heat BBQ sauce on medium-low heat. Whisk in Rotisserie Rub. Add cooked, shredded chicken (our rotisserie chicken recipe works perfectly) and stir to coat thoroughly.

Heat tortillas per package directions and assemble tacos to taste.
