1/4 – 1/2 Cup Chipotle Morita Chile, Crushed (depending on your heat preference)
1 Tbsp Parsley Leaf
1 Tbsp Oregano, Mexican
3 Tbsp Cilantro
1/2 Cup Onion, Minced
1 Tbsp Garlic, Minced
1 Tbsp Roasted Garlic, Granulated
2 Tbsp Sea Salt, Coarse
1 Tbsp Black Pepper, Coarse Ground
Combine the dry ingredients in large jar, put the lid on, and shake to mix spices together.
Add 1 to 1-1/2 Tablespoons of spice mixture to 1 pound of tomatoes for fresh salsa any time!
