2 Cups rice Chex
2 Cups corn Chex
2 Cups wheat Chex
2 Cups mini pretzels
2 Cups cashews, roasted and salted
2 Cups Cheez-It Grooves, Original Cheddar
Herb Butter Sauce
5 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted
1/3 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Tbsp Traditional Balsamic
1 Tbsp Col. Pabst Worcestershire
1 tsp Roasted Garlic Powder
1 tsp Garlic Salt
1 tsp Basil Leaf
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
1/2 tsp Parsley
1/2 tsp Oregano, Mediterranean
1/4 tsp Red Pepper Chile, Crushed
1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
Preheat oven to 250°F. Line a baking sheet with foil and lightly spray with nonstick cooking spray. Add all of the snack mix ingredients to the pan.
In a medium bowl, melt the butter and whisk together with all of the ingredients for the Herb Butter. Pour over dry cereal mixture. Toss until evenly coated and spread into an even layer.
Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
Remove baking sheet from oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Allow mix to cool completely before transferring to an air-tight container. Mix can be stored at room temperature for up to 3 days, at which point you will want to refrigerate.
