1 8 oz pkg cream cheese softened
2 Tbsp unsalted butter softened
2 oz. tiny peeled and cooked shrimp
4 oz. flake crab meat
1/2 tsp Prime Sea Seasoning
2 tsp Celery Flakes
¼ tsp Roasted Garlic Powder
2 scallions chopped
1/4 tsp Fennel Pollen
3 Tbsp cocktail sauce
Start by beating the cream cheese and butter together with an electric mixer. Once is it mixed well and a bit fluffy, stir in the remaining ingredients (except the cocktail sauce).
Place 2 Tbsp cocktail sauce in the bottom of a medium ramekin. Spoon the cream cheese mixture over the sauce and smooth the surface. Chill for at least 2 hours.
When you are ready to serve, spoon about 1 Tbsp of the remaining cocktail sauce on the center of the dip, and sprinkle with a tiny pinch of the Prime Sea Seasoning. Put the dip alongside a tray of crispy crackers or fried wonton skins.
