INGREDIENTS 1/2 Cup Roasted Sesame Oil 2 Tbsp Shichimi Seven Flavor Blend 1/4 Cup soy sauce 2 cloves garlic, smashed Juice from 1/2 lime 2 tsp Kosher salt 4 Pork Chops, 1 inch thick STEPS Combine marinade ingredients (everything but the pork chops) in a bowl, whisking until all are fully incorporated. Arrange pork chops in an ovenproof baking dish. Pour marinade over chops, and place baking dish in refrigerator for at least 2 hours or up to 8 hours. Rotate the chops occasionally to allow all surfaces of the meat to be covered with the marinade. Remove the pork chops from the marinating dish and grill each for 4 minutes per side, or until internal temperature of the chop reaches 145°F. Transfer chops to a platter and serve immediately.
