Simple Marinade For Chicken

1 1/2 Cups Olive Oil
3/4 Cup Soy Sauce
1/2 Cup Worcestershire sauce [or substitute 1 Tbsp AllSpice Worcestershire Powder]
1/2 Cup Red Wine Vinegar
1/3 Cup Lemon Juice
2 Tbsp Ground Yellow Mustard
1 tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Ground Black Pepper
1 1/2 tsp finely minced fresh parsley, if in season

Combine olive oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire, wine vinegar, and lemon juice. Stir in mustard powder, salt, pepper, and parsley. Marinate chicken in this marinade, in the refrigerator, at least 2 hours. Allow to come to room temperature and remove from marinade before cooking, as directed.
