Simple Monkey Bread
INGREDIENTS
20 Rhodes frozen rolls
1/2 Cup (1 stick) melted butter
3/4 Cup sugar
1-1/2 tsp Saigon Cinnamon or Apple Pie Spice
STEPS
Lightly coat the inside of a Bundt pan or angel food cake pan with non-stick cooking spray. Arrange the twenty frozen rolls around the pan.
Combine sugar, cinnamon or pie spice, with the melted butter in a medium bowl. Pour mixture over rolls.
Allow buttered rolls to thaw and rise in the pan, uncovered, overnight. If there’s a chance a family pet might cause mischief with the bread, lightly spray a piece of plastic wrap with non-stick spray and loosely place over the pan.
When ready to make, place uncovered pan in the oven and bake at 350°F for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool for a few minutes in the pan before carefully inverting the baking pan onto a serving dish. Remove the baking pan, and serve the pull-apart monkey bread!
